Hi!

I’m an adoptee from South Korea living in New Jersey with my wife and our three cats Ophelia, Maevis, and Milo. 

I have always been excited about art and pursued it academically in both the local vocational school in high school and the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, where I majored in Drawing. 

The older I became, the more I moved away from academic art and embraced art and creativity as a hobby, passion, and necessity for my happiness.  I love drawing and learning new mediums like sculpture, quilting, printmaking, and crochet. 

Some of the main themes in my art are identity, contrast, and growth.
